We prepare your order in 1 to 3 days, followed by delivery in 5 to 7 working days.

You will receive email notifications to follow the progress of your package to your home with complete confidence.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

With us, there is no risk! If the product does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days for an exchange or refund by clicking here.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER, IS THIS POSSIBLE?

If your order has not been shipped, we can of course cancel it.

Simply send us an email specifying your order number. We will cancel your order and refund you within the following days.

MY ITEM HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED, IS THIS NORMAL?

If your order is less than 2 weeks old, be patient, your item is probably late, we apologize in advance.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can then use this number in the "Order Tracking" section on our site to follow the progress of the delivery.
